Acute effects of 2D exergame on cognitive functions and frontal cortical activity

ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the effect of an exercise with a 2D virtual reality session on cognition and cortical activity young males. is randomized controlled trial ten men aged 18 23 years. They were randomly assigned under two conditions: 1) games 2) control, which consisted watching two-episode video comic TV show. Cognition frontal assessed immediately before after intervention, using Mindset, performing Digit Span Test, semantic verbal fluency, executive function. Executive function improved exergame (p=0.025). Exergames partially promote immediate increase in people.
